Safety Aides

Published November 7th, 2016 in

College of Alameda Safety Aides are students that are trained to help take care of the safety needs for students on campus.

College of Alameda has between seven to ten Safety Aides per Academic year. All Safety Aides go through a background check and fingerprinting and must also pass a 40 hour training that occurs in the summer months of either July or August. Once they have passed the background check and completed the training they are then eligible to begin work.

If you are interested in becoming a Safety Aide, we are recruiting in March for the 2017-2018 school year. For more information, feel free to drop by F-217 or email
