There are three options in business: Accounting; Business Administration; and Office Administration.

Available AA Degrees:

• Accounting

• The College of Alameda has an Accounting Tutorial Center to assist students with accounting homework and prepare them for tests to insure their success.

• Business Administration

• Enroll in our programs to acquire the business skills necessary to get a job in today's competitive market. Employers' demand is consistently strong for accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, credit & collections, and account clerks.

• Office Administration

• Enroll in our Office Administration Program and obtain the general office administration skills needed to get a job in various industries such as the legal environment, logistics (warehouse operations), small business administration, and general office administration.

• Accounting
• Office Administration

Students completing the required courses in the respective areas will be eligible for the Certificate of Proficiency.  Confer with a counselor or division dean concerning the specific pattern of requirements for this program.
