Research Process

Evaluate the Information

Not all information is of equal value. You need to think critically about the information that you find. Some good questions to ask are:

  1. Who is the author?
  2. Why did the author write it?
  3. How long ago was it written?
  4. What is the point of view?
  5. Who is the audience?
  6. Is the information complete?
